Attorney General Guidance: Rights and Obligations of Schools in Response to ICE Requests for Access or Information

The Attorney General's Office recently issued guidance for school districts regarding what to do if a school receives a request by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") to conduct enforcement activities on school grounds or provide information about students and their families.  Please note, however, that the guidance states the AG's office does not anticipate this will happen but are providing guidance should it happen.
